"A Remarkable Music Teacher Who Transforms Lives – Lubov Alvei ( previously Berenson) has been a guiding light in my daughter’s life since she first began music lessons at the age of four. Over the years,Lubov has done far more than teach piano technique, solfeggio, composition and music theory—she has nurtured a deep and lasting love for music that has shaped my daughter’s identity, creativity, and future.
Years of thoughtful guidance, support, and inspiration by Lubov led my daughter to succeed in several composer competitions and play her composition at a music festival in Vienna. Lubov’s encouragement played a big role in my daughter's career selection - she has recently been accepted to college as a vocal performance major.
Lubov's approach to her students is never one-size-fits-all—she sees the unique strengths in every student and empowers them to express their individuality through music.
What sets Lubov apart is her remarkable ability to unlock creativity while building strong musical foundations. She teaches with passion, insight, and heart. Under her care, students don’t just become technically skilled—they become confident, expressive, and connected to the joy and meaning of music.
We feel incredibly lucky to have had Lubov in our lives. Her influence will stay with my daughter for years to come, and I truly believe every young musician deserves a teacher like her—one who listens deeply, encourages boldly, and teaches with soul."

I'm really impressed by your composition. First of all it is exciting opportunity to the Festival Committee to enrich our Monster Concert in Vienna by ensemble piece dedicated to the Festival. Secondary, your composition gave us the idea to expand the Composition Competition geography by including in our
reglement piano ensembles.

I like your music. You are adding such wanted colors of simplicity and charm to the ultra-complicated sound tapestry of modern music. Clear structure, interesting harmonic language within tradition of plagal mode, great feeling of time and well balanced parts make your composition attractive to both performers and listeners.
Please, accept my sincere congratulations on your excellent work done by spirit of real creativity.

Our children started lessons when they were 7 (girl) and 11 (boy), and both have flourished under Lubov's exceptional guidance in voice piano and composition. We never imagined they would reach such heights vocally; their solo singing has blossomed to the point of winning awards, including performing multiple times in Carnegie Hall - a testament to Lubov's technical skill and ability to nurture their talent.
What truly sets Lubov apart is her unique and insightful approach to each child. She provides a truly well-rounded musical education encompassing theory, composition, vocal skills and piano playing, all while encouraging self-expression and artistic mastery tailored to each child's unique strengths. This approach has not only instilled a deep love for music – but has also fostered remarkable creative growth. They have won national and international piano composition awards and were invited to perform their compositions at an international music festival in Vienna! She is a truly technically brilliant teacher and musician, but beyond that she is a true mentor who deeply inspires her students and their musical and artistic growth.

"As an adult who started piano lessons with Lubov with absolutely no prior experience, I can wholeheartedly say she is an extraordinary teacher. Her technical mastery is evident, but it's her ability to inspire and patiently guide that truly sets her apart. Not only have I discovered a passion for piano I never knew I possessed (my musical background was only vocal), but Lubov has also nurtured a remarkable musical journey for my children. Under her tutelage, they have flourished, developing impressive skills and even achieving success by winning composition competitions. Lubov has a gift for cultivating both a love for music and a high level of proficiency in her students, regardless of their age or starting point, and our family feels incredibly fortunate to learn from her."

Jordan Anderer has loved music, especially piano, since she was five years old. Due to less than accurate technical training in her early studies, it has been frustrating and difficult at times to learn to play correctly but thanks to her current teacher, Lubov Berenson, she is greatly improved in her piano performance overall. Anderer also does gymnastics twenty hours per week. Her piano practice is her relaxation and she enjoys coming home form school to sit at her piano, relax, and do something in which she takes pleasure. She especially loves the feeling of mastering a piece and playing it for friends and family. Even after ten years of study, her love for piano keeps getting stronger the more she plays and she plans on continuing for the rest of her life.
